Linguaskill Remote, Issues With Mac OS
Mac OS users tend to encounter specific problems with the Talview Secure Browser due to the fact that bits and pieces of certain programmes, like Microsoft TEAMS, remain in the Library file once the program itself has been removed. It is then identified by the Talview Secure Browser that prevents the Linguaskill from starting.

To solve the problems, users should go to their FINDER window and erase everything in the Library that relates to MS TEAMS, including the two in the illustrations below (put into the bin and empty the bin).

Application Support for MS Teams

In English Library/Application Support/Microsoft/TeamsUpdateDaemon
Once this has been done, the Mac needs to be restarted, and TALVIEW SECURE BROWSER should no longer pick up MS TEAMS.
