Linguaskill Remote, how to get your score?
The different Linguaskill remote components (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) are marked seperately by Cambridge English and will appear one by one on the candidate's account. Once all papers have been marked, the candidate will recieve an email with their results. They should then log back into their account here (https://www.metritests.com/metrica/FR731.aspx) with their login, password and institution ID FR731.
If, when they have recieved this email from Cambridge, a Linguaskill component is still missing, it means one of two things.
• Candidate result was below B1.
• Malpractice was suspected by Cambridge, in which case the candidate will recieve a separate notification.
LINGUASKILL “My Best Score”
When navigating to the RESULTS tab of their account, candidates who have done more than one Linguaskill in a short time span (3 months) can choose to print or send their "best scores". Which means the diploma will reflect the best results for each component (Listening, Reading, Speaking, Writing) irrespective of when they were taken.
My best score will only work if
• Candidates have taken the same version of the Linguaskill exam (general or business) at least twice.
• Within a maximum of 3 months.
• With the same exam center. “My best scores" diplomas cannot be created from sessions that were organised by different Linguaskill providers.
Sending diplomas directly to institutions
Has an institution asked you to share your results directly with them ? Cambridge will send them your results directly, which garantees their authenticity. To do this, just navigate to your RESULTS tab and click on the "Share or download a result" button.
Then just follow instructions and find the Institution you want to share the results with. Clisk on "Share Results" and you are done.
